Most orders leave our store within 1-3 business days. Standard Shipping is available across Canada with prices varying by region. Most standard shipping may be deliverable within 1-4 business days and some restrictions apply to specific locations. Any orders placed after 2PM will be handled the following business day. Special order items or shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window. Please call or email to get the standard rate, Express ship and Purolator Ground through  is available on the website, other shipping companies may be used if ship date is quicker. Free Shipping on orders over $150.00

Free In-Store Pickup:

Pick-up orders will be ready in as little as 30 minutes after ordering provided there is sufficient staffing and no extenuating circumstances. Please do not come to pick up until you receive the notification that it is ready for pick up.  To pick up your order at a specific time please call ahead to make arrangements. Call in to have orders brought out to your vehicle.

Local Deliveries:

If you are offered local Delivery or out of town delivery you are in our radius for offering delivery from Paws and Go personally.

Free Delivery with a minimum purchase of $40.00. We will go 100km radius from Portage la Prairie Location and 50km from Headingley location

We do ask you give us 1-5 Business days to get your order delivered. You will get a notification when your order is out for Delivery.

Returning Online Purchases:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the full purchase price (minus the shipping) in-store only. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Exchanges will only be completed within 14 days of original purchase and only at the discretion of the management team.
